Stop blaming and take action.
All said and done release of bail of Warren Anderson in gas disaster was the decision of Rajeev Gandhi and Arjunsing. This is the conclusion of the general public and no judicial verdict is required on this point. What is required is Arjunsing should as an act of gesture to the public should donate his Kerawa dam huge bungalow to the public and if it is not done the government should acquire it. So far Rajeev Gandhi is concern since he is dead his son Rahul and his wife Sonia Gandhi who is in active politics should repent and keep them self aloof from politics for 5 years and should work as social reformists.
The CBI (though not reliable police agency)should without any pressure from the politicians reinvestigates the case from the point of view of Sec.304 of the IPC on the lines of culpable homicide not amounting to murder and if the investigation is favourably concluded fresh charge sheet should be files against the culprits including Anderson also. He should be brought to India. The Supreme Court or the M.P.High Court should monitor the investigation. If possible Review application may also be filed before the Supreme Court to reconsider the charges. The committees appointed by the state government are just nominal committees and could do nothing. Big guns don’t blast well! Such guns are only show pieces at the cost of the government exchequer.
Another aspect which is to be seen by the psychiatrists is why the politicians and bureaucrats succumb before the big money makers. Why they are soft and kind toward them? Does this mean that they have only intention to grab money? The present C.M. of M.P. is under the influence of such persons and hence he is tolerating the corrupt bureaucrats. Like Arjunsing he will also come into controversy and also in hot water. It is better that he should take stun action against all corrupt officers otherwise he will also to donate his dumpers! (He is dumper fame CM). Role of Swarajpuri who has come in to picture after the judgment, was holding the reins of the police department at Bhopal should be scrutinized by CBI and the then concerning judges posted there at Bhopal should be contacted who may disclose the realities! The mischief mongers should not be spared at all.
Now it is time when the High Courts and Supreme Court should see that the District Level Judiciary requires protection and instead of blaming it should support it to boost moral. Increasing of pays of judiciary is not gesture of boosting moral. The higher judiciary should also introspect it self and should come down from ivory tower. The meaning of it is very simple. It means a secluded place that affords the means of treating practical issues with an impractical often escapist attitude!
